Here are some instructions to help you print material from this Summary Plan Description (SPD) Web site. You can either print pages from your Web browser or print entire sections from the portable document format (PDF) file attached below, which will automatically launch in Acrobat reader when you click on the link. If you just need to print a few screens, printing directly from your Web browser will be the easiest method. If you need to print an entire section or the whole SPD, simply print from the PDF file below.

Printing Individual Screens From the Web Browser

Printing the screen you are currently viewing is easy. You can print the whole screen or a part of the screen:

To print the whole screen, just click the File button in the menu on the top of your screen, then choose Print.
To print only select pages or a section of the screen, highlight the section you wish to print by clicking and holding the left button on your mouse and dragging it over the section you want to print. Click the File button, choose Print, and then choose Selection or Pages and click Apply.

Printing Sections or the Entire Site From the PDF File

You may need to print an entire section of the SPD or the entire SPD web site. Follow these simple steps to print what you need:

Click here to launch the PDF version of the SPD in Acrobat reader.  Note: You will need to have Adobe Acrobat on your system to access the PDF file: this is standard on most computers and is free to download from adobe.com.
Before printing, you may want to check to see how many pages the section contains. Some sections are long and may take a while to print.
Select the section or pages you want to print. Then click the File button in the menu at the top of your screen and choose Print and then OK.  This method will print one section at a time. To print the entire site, you will need to print each section individually.  Tip: You shouldn't encounter any problems when printing the site. However, if you are printing a large section and not all pages print correctly, try printing a smaller number of pages instead of printing the whole section at once. For example, first print pages 1 to 10, then pages 20 to 30, etc., until the section is complete.
